This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If the German and English versions differ, the German version prevails.

2. Summary

  • Bounce Blitz requires no user account. We never ask for your name or email address.
  • Your game progress stays on your device. We do not receive any game data.
  • The game shows optional rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. Google processes data for this – personalized ads only with your consent.
  • Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
  • We use no analytics or tracking tools of our own.

3. Data stored on your device

To let you continue playing, the game stores locally on your device: progress and high scores, coins, gems and crowns, unlocked skins, achievements, settings (e.g. sound, language), the status of your purchases and redeemed gift codes (as a checksum only). This data is not transmitted to us.

Android may back up app data to your Google account if you have enabled device backup. You control this in your device settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Bounce Blitz is partly funded by ads. You only see ads when you voluntarily start a video (e.g. for a reward or to continue). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA.

In particular, the following data may be processed: your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (e.g. model, operating system, language), approximate location derived from the IP address, and information about ads shown and clicked. The purposes are delivering, measuring and billing ads and preventing fraud.

Consent: In Switzerland, the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom, the game asks you on first launch, via Google's consent dialog, whether personalized ads may be shown. Without consent, only non-personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

More information: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

5. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases (e.g. gem packs, theme bundles, “No Ads”) are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment data is collected and processed exclusively by Google. The game only receives a purchase confirmation from Google (e.g. product and purchase identifier) to unlock the content and restore purchases. The Google Privacy Policy applies.

6. Google Play Games (where available)

Leaderboards and cloud saves are offered through Google Play Games once these features are available. If you sign in, Google processes your Play Games player name, your scores and – if you back it up – your game progress in your Google account. Use is optional.

7. Contact by email

If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to handle your request. We delete messages once they are no longer needed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. This website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit it, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested, browser) is processed in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The website uses no cookies, no analytics and loads no third-party content.

9. International transfers

Google and Vercel may process data in the USA or other countries. Transfers are based on recognized safeguards, in particular the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

Bounce Blitz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Deleting your data

You can delete all game data yourself at any time: in the game under Settings → Save & Data → Delete all data, or by uninstalling the app. Purchased bundles remain stored with Google Play and can be restored via “Restore purchases”. For anything else, just send us an email.

12. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and – under the GDPR – to restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may withdraw any consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
